I am a Medical Practitioner with 30+ years of experience.

In late 2000 I developed a Surgical Condition that resulted in a short period of disability (approx. 6 week) then I developed complications that resulted in an extended period of Total Disability and I remain on Partial Disability Claim to this day.

The type of Policy that was chosen for me as many as 20 years before proved Alan's sage advice very appropriate and far sighted.

Throughout the last Ten years of my Disability Mr Jones and subsequently Ms Lindy Walker have been a tower of strength. Firstly in initiating the Claim Process and then ongoing assistance with advice and support when dealing with my Insurer.

Whenever difficulties in the claim process have arisen they have invariably stepped up to intervene on my behalf. (Sometimes the obstructiveness and lack of communication from the Insurer has been astounding.)Lindy is a particular terrier in this regard.
